The job where I do graveyard shift gave me the night off today, so I actually have time to do some blogging!!  I’m pretty excited because it’s definitely been quite some time since I’ve had the chance to do so.  For those curious why I haven’t updated in a while, part of the reason was because there haven’t been any good movies out that I’ve wanted to see or articles that piqued my interest.  Mostly though, I’ve just been really tired from long work hours–I work from 6am-11pm (or later) most days.  So by the time I get home, my first thought is my head hitting the pillow and not what I’m going to blog about that day.  (Hence why I never got around to blogging about the other two articles that I mentioned last entry; maybe I’ll get around to it at some point, but seeing as how the articles are pretty dated now, it probably won’t end up happening.)

Now though, since I have a minute, I think I’ll be able to review a TV show or two and maybe some movies–but before I get too far ahead of myself, I just thought I’d share a recording I made today, a karaoke cover of Maroon 5’s “She Will Be Loved,” one of my all-time favorite songs.  I posted the recording on my Tumblr, along with a quick note as to why the sound quality is the way it is.

The only frustrating thing about my Tumblr right now is that any notes people make on it either don’t appear or just disappear after a few days.  Anyone have any idea why this is?  If you do, please let me know if it’s fixable so I can work on that right away.  Thanks in advance!
